Catch Basins

Catch basins are those drains in your parking lots, or on your street where all the storm water runs into during those heavy rain storms or when the snow finally melts.  This was a cold snowy winter with lots of plowing and sanding.  Sanding may be helpful to prevent ice and sliding but it is not good for catch basins.  All that sand will slowly flow with the melted snow and rain water into the catch basins and cause a blockage.  It will built up at the bottom of the basin and block the outgoing pipe causing the catch basin to overflow into the parking lot.  The spring is the time to start thinking of getting those lines cleaned.  Bass' Reddy Rooter, can clean your basins and with high water jetting get those lines clear.  Don't wait till we have heavy rains and water everywhere.  10% discount if you mention this Blog.
